What is the process that will be followed?
The process is designed to be adaptable and to be flexible enough to meet the your needs and that of your organisation.
The steps are:
initial school visit
The school visit takes place over 2 days and shall be in addition to board meeting attendance.
A meeting schedule will be shared and agreed in advance.
Visit will include:
- Tour of the facility
- Meeting with Head of School
- Meeting with Business Manager
- Meeting with Senior Leadership Team
- Meeting with Middle Leadership Team
- Getting to know you and your school
Specific Issue Support
We will provide specific issue consultancy support on one specific issue that is high on your school’s agenda. We will work collaboratively with you to build a solution, guide you through the implementation phase and analyse the outcomes.
Regular Check Ins
We will make sure that we keep in touch with you at regular intervals to offer any support or advice that you may desire.

How much will this consultancy package cost?
In order to meet the specific needs of your school we have designed three destict delivery packages
Board Chair Mentor Program
This is a highly cost effective way of improving the quality of strategic decision making and ensuring that the operational activities of the school are aligned.
There are two charges for this package. Orientation must take place at the beginning of the package period.
The be most effective, it is recommended that the agreement would run for a minimum of two academic years.
