Each quarter, we will follow the same process. We begin with a half-day site visit to develop a thorough understanding of the school in relation to the specific area under examination. Next, we gather all necessary data, starting with your team and expanding to external sources if needed. Our goal is to build a complete picture, and we will check in with you if any questions arise.
After this, we construct our report, providing a data-driven, candid analysis of the specific area, along with best-practice-based, concrete recommendations for meaningful improvement. We will present this report in person and address any questions. The cycle then repeats.
